Located in Los Angeles, this hypothetical office space is designed for the use of 100+ staff members, with a work cafe, meeting rooms, collaboration rooms, and both open and closed offices. The theme of the space is Nova, which highlights the expansion of new ideas and the creation of warmth. Renderings are done with Vray on 3ds Max. NEXT Los Angeles is a company that is looking to expand their current office space into a more productive, collaborative space. The concept of NOVA aims to fuse together new ideas, the create a new start. The office layout is arranged in the shape of the star constellations, with each contstellation arranged for a different function, from collaborative spaces to quiet work spaces according to the needs of the user. This design aims to create a more polished feel, integrated with technology.
